Overview
Sales Key is a mobile app for dealership teams that manage vehicle keys with secure sign-in, NFC-assisted key identification, key inventory records, scan history, locations, and reports.
How To Get Help
- Contact Sales Key support: saleskey@outlook.de
- For account access, password, or team assignment issues, contact your dealership administrator. The app can identify the assigned administrator for a registered user email where this is configured.
- For NFC scanning issues, confirm that the iPhone supports NFC, NFC permissions are allowed, and the tag is compatible and assigned to a key record.
- For incorrect key, vehicle, employee, department, location, or scan history data, contact the dealership administrator responsible for the Sales Key workspace.

Information To Include In A Support Request
- Your registered email address

- For NFC issues, the key number and whether the tag is newly assigned or already registered
Service Availability
Sales Key depends on internet access and backend services for authentication, key inventory, location data, and reports. Some workflows may not work when the device is offline or backend services are unavailable.

Sales Key is an operational key management tool. It is not an emergency service, vehicle security system, or physical access control guarantee. For urgent operational or security issues, follow your dealership's internal procedures.
